Alex Deal, DVM
Veterinarian
Dr. Deal’s interest in veterinary medicine started when he was 8 years old. He pursued his dreams of becoming a veterinarian and received his undergraduate and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degrees from Texas A&M University.
Having grown up in Houston, Dr. Deal returned to the Houston area after graduating. He worked in Spring Branch as a veterinarian before joining the Katy Area Veterinary Medical Group in 2015.
When Dr. Deal is not at the clinic serving his patients, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Carly, their sons, Lawson and Bennett, and pets, Banana Split, Tebow, and Zeus. Dr. Deal also enjoys watching and cheering on Houston and Aggies sports teams. He also enjoys exercising and outdoor activities, too.
Dr. Deal is a member of the Texas Veterinary Medical Association and Harris County Veterinary Medical Association.
